Empowering Parents Through Knowledge
Targeted360 Kids was born from a simple but powerful realization: the parents Nancy encountered during her career desperately wanted to protect their children but lacked the specialized knowledge to do so effectively. Most safety advice is either too generic — like "stranger danger" — or too extreme, leaving parents more anxious than empowered.
Nancy's mission is to bridge that gap. By combining her decades of law enforcement experience with the relatable perspective of a mother, she delivers practical, actionable safety education that transforms fear into confidence.
Nancy's Journey
From the Badge to the Blueprint
Patrol Officer & Sergeant
Started on the front lines as a patrol officer, rising to patrol sergeant and shift commander/lieutenant. Gained firsthand experience responding to crimes against children and domestic situations.
Crime Scene Investigations
Spent nearly a decade investigating crime scenes, analyzing evidence, and understanding how criminals operate — knowledge that directly informs the safety strategies she teaches today.
Detective Bureau
Served 14 years in the detective bureau, investigating cases involving crimes against children, predatory behavior, and community threats. This experience is the foundation of Targeted360 Kids.
Community Policing Sergeant
As a community policing sergeant, Nancy built bridges between law enforcement and families, understanding the real concerns parents face every day.
Youth Sports Coach
Coached youth sports for over 14 years, working closely with children and families. This experience gave her deep insight into child development and the trust parents place in community leaders.
Mom of Three
Above all, Nancy is a mother of three who understands the daily anxieties, challenges, and fierce love that drives every parent to protect their children.
